Summer Camp Registration

SVAOC 2025 Summer Camp Registration

New this year—you asked, we listened! Morning camps (8:30 am – 12:00 pm) are designed to seamlessly transition into afternoon camps (12:30 pm – 4:00 pm), offering flexibility for parents' busy schedules and a full day of engaging activities for students. Students attending both morning and afternoon camps should bring a packed lunch which will be held from 12-12:30 pm.

Morning camp offerings are in blue below, and afternoon camps are in red. Please choose camps based on your child’s grade for the next school year (2025-2026).

Students are encouraged to register for summer camps early to ensure camp availability and an SVAOC T-shirt. All registrations before April 15 will include a camp T-shirt. Registration for all camps will end on Friday, June 13.

Please note that all camps are non-refundable. If a student is unable to attend, we are happy to transfer the registration to another student, but we are unable to process refunds.

Do you have a passion for food? Then come experience a hands-on approach to learning a variety of culinary techniques! Students entering Grades 5-9 are invited to participate, regardless of prior experience in the kitchen. Each day students will have the opportunity to cook – and eat – and sample foods from around the world. 

Pastry Arts

During this inspiring camp, you will learn how easy it is to make pastries from scratch. Every day will be a true hands-on creating experience!  We will make baked goods that you will be proud to give as gifts. The teacher will share more specifics as the camp approaches.

Participants will explore the development of games while participating in actual gameplay. This camp is designed to teach the guiding principles of team gaming/modifications and 3D printing technologies in a highly engaging and creative environment.

Let your creativity shine in the summertime! SV Summer Art Camp is a creative, project-based program, designed specifically for middle & high school students. Experienced art teachers provide students with a studio atmosphere to explore a variety of mediums. Each day of the camp will explore a new art media and subject matter. 

First Robotics

In our FIRST Robotics and Programming Camp, your child will have a blast building and programming robots with veteran members of Seneca Valley’s FIRST Tech Challenge Robotics Team. Did we mention all the incredible skills they will be learning along the way: basic Java programming, problem-solving, manufacturing skills, and more. It is a new and exciting approach to get students engaged and eager to learn about STEM and the FIRST Tech Challenge overall. 

VR and 3D Printing

Participants will be exposed to the basics of 3D Printing technologies by designing their own unique project June 16-19 with 3D Modeling software and bringing their idea to reality through 3D Printing!

At Camp Chill we will be taking you on an African safari where you will learn about animals and how they cope with their heated environments. You will learn fun ways to identify and control your emotions which sometimes can get heated. Do you know why a giraffe has a black tongue? Their black tongue protects it from sunburn while feeding in the hot African sun. Pack your bags and join us where you will meet new friends, make crafts, and learn some cool facts. We can’t wait to see you!

Students will learn how to take care of both their physical and mental health! Half of the time will be spent engaging in a fun workout which includes cultivating a love for running! The other half of camp will be spent learning how to take care of YOURSELF! Students will explore these questions and more:  

·         How do I maintain positive and meaningful friendships?  

·         How do I make choices that will help me reach my goals?  

·         What are some ways to relieve stress when I am feeling overwhelmed?

Kinder Kids

Haine Elementary School

Kindergarten readiness will be the focus of this camp offered to incoming SV Kindergarten students. Kindergarten readiness is more than knowledge of letters and numbers. It includes student social and emotional readiness as well. Kinder Kids participants will learn strategies that help regulate emotions, respect personal space, create and maintain positive friendships, and learn how to work cooperatively in a group setting.  Basic academic concepts will be intertwined within instruction and activities. This camp will benefit students who may need additional experiences in a school setting.
