COMPUTERS:
Please fill out this form (https://forms.office.com/r/t53ayhkx2h) to reserve a computer for Summer School 2025. Computers will be available starting on June 2, 2025 at the SVAOC Drop-in Center located in Cranberry Township between the hours of 8am-3pm. Students will turn in their SV laptop at their home building and may pick up a new laptop at the Drop-in Center.

REGISTRATION INFORMATION:
Please be sure to select specific course(s) from within the choices that are listed under each section. The cost associated with each course is noted beside each selection and payment is due upon completion of the form. 

7th – 8th Grade students – Students entering grades 7 and 8 may not enroll in summer school courses for acceleration purposes. Summer school is available at these grade levels to provide flexibility for students involved in performing arts programs. Please reach out to your school counselor for registration links.

9th – 12th Grade students – Students may register for a total of 1 credit, which can be either two 0.5-credit courses or one 1-credit course. Science courses will count as 1 credit, not 1.4 credits like traditional building courses. 


Summer School 2025 Timeline:

  • January 9 @ 9:00am: Summer School registration goes live on website
  • April 30: Registration for Summer School Acceleration closes
  • May 13 @ 9:00am: Orientation presentation uploaded to SVAOC summer school webpage
  • May 23: Students may get an early start on summer school courses without teacher support
  • June 9 through July 10 – SV Cyber Summer Session
  • June 13: Registration for Summer School Credit Recovery closes
  • July 10 @ 2:00pm – All summer coursework due

*Summer School Courses ARE NOT NCAA-approved due to the condensed format.  It is the student's responsibility to review NCAA policies to ensure they are academically eligible and fulfill all requirements set by NCAA.

The summer school program offers many of the same courses offered during the school year and every course follows the Seneca Valley curriculum. The Edgenuity online learning system will help your student to learn, grow, and succeed!
